Great work has always been a team sport. When Pilot asked me to bring this story to life across both stills and motion, it meant building a crew with the right people in every seat. I brought together my most trusted collaborators across directing, cinematography, lighting, sound and post—people who are exceptional at what they do and who I know can deliver at this level. The result was a fully integrated production that gave Pilot a high-end commercial alongside a complete stills campaign, all built from the same creative vision.

My role isn't to pretend I can do every job on set. It's knowing the people who can, bringing them together, and making sure the whole thing feels like one piece of work.
